Instead of completely banning a player for a rule violation in a game mode, it may make sense to ban them for the game mode that will be sanctioned;



Like someone who teaming in FFA in Sumo gets a Sumo ban for x days instead of an X-day ban



or someone who trolls in F2F gets banned f2f for x days instead of being banned for x days.



Players who are banned in this way can increase the fun of the game by participating in other game modes.
