The trevor ability is very overpowed and takes more than 10 shots from a heavy sniper to kill the player using the ability, so to balance the PVP more its a good idea to remove the ability completely. And some bikes and vehicles have broken hitboxes like the Oppressor Mk2,Faggio,BMX Bike. and more

Trevor's ability allows players to extend the chances of winning in a fight, it is balanced as all players have access to this.
No vehicles have broken hitboxes from what I'm aware of.
