[DENIED] Random all racing

I think i would be a great idea to add "Random all races" from the project homecoming server with our own tracks that are roughly 1 minute laps. Everyone will start their first lap in the same car then each lap they get something random.

Voting would be:

Contact/non contact
Track
Laps: 10,20 or 30

The AI generated tracks with transforms is very similar, I feel the community is OK with our variation
