Add some new (vanilla) vehicles to sumo blip thing and a new option to voting screen.



Utility class:

- Airtug

- Big Caddy (actually only have 2 caddies)

- Forklift

- Lawn Mower

- Tractor

- Fieldmaster

- Docktug

- Tractor
