I'm sure a lot of people get annoyed when in races, sumo, busted etc and they get completely obliterated by another player's car who isn't even damaged and continues to speed off.
The ping and packet loss kick limit should be lowered and the "bypass ping kick limit" for donators should be removed. Really, that's a thing? That is possibly the most unfair donator perk in the server. I'm about 5000 miles from the server and my ping isn't as high as some players.

as a player who is 7558mile (12164km) far from server and plays with 240ms ping.
We are also bothered because of desync. more than everyone. imagine a race where in the start everyone just hit you like you don't even exist. busted is the same. the only place we can chill is sumo because we know others want to actually hit us not just some random desync. if things are bad for normal players its worst for us.
what can we do? just leave the server and wish for the best?
but there should be a PL% limit. i seen players which a really high PL that lag more than us.

I have learned how to play with others with high ping, you just need to learn the dsync ramming skills required to kill them!
