So basically in gta online you were able to be passive just for a player or an organization so they couldnt kill you anymore, but you were able to kill other people other than who u putted on ghost mode, it could be a good way to prevent mkII spammers in pvp so people who wanna gunfight would be left in peace, 

I was also thinking about the rc tank, when using it, it could be cool to be still able to kill the character controlling it like in gta online, because its pretty broken (same with the rc bandito tbh but its less important)

A lot of us are still waiting for a pvp update,some gun related activities, and still customizations for weapons (at least weapon skins).

due to technical difficulties, no-damage between players was not added. Also, weapon customization has been added!
