[DENIED] Suggestion: Add channel/allow threads for suggestion discussion purposes

Add a channel for discussion of suggestions or the ability to make threads for suggestions. More people use the discord than the forum and it would encourage more discussion among them, why they should or should not be added and the ramifications or benefits of doing so. Many forum threads are not replied to and have a simple up or downvote without any reason as to why. The ability to discuss suggestions immediately in a relevant discord channel without the delay of a forum would foster much more discussion generally speaking.

Those who would like to talk about suggestions are free to do so in general chat. I don't see the reason why you couldn't just link the message there.
