You ever get a race that is mostly dirt roads, and you want to go faster with your cars but your speed is hard capped on it?
I have a solution for you in the idea of having Full Speed Off-Road:

This will grant cars the ability to go at their full speed in the dirt, at the costs of the tires dragging along the off-road alot more easily, making cars that should not be suited for it struggle more than vanilla off-road.
But this can help a good lot of races that frequently use the dirt paths, namely Sandy Shores, as well as both grapeseed and military base starting points and their likeliness to have happen.
