[DENIED] Same race type in a row limit

It is nearly impossible to play any other race besides transform at this point, almost everyone votes for transform races. It would be nice to have a limit where you can only do like 3 or 5 of the same race type in a row and then you need to do atleast one other type of race to reset the limit. If that's not possible then atleast make transform a gamemode instead of a race.
