[DENIED] Relocating erase all vehicles button in the garage management

Erase all button in garage management should be replaced to a different tab or set it under the filterer so i don't accidentally spam enter and delete all my vehicles again by accident.

What also could be done is a slider where you can choose to erase all vehicles that are in properties/aren't in properties/the garage your in/all. Defaulting at vehicles that aren't in properties
