When the classes got reworked, the classes ended up only being C-S class racing, however unfortunately this has promoted a mostly sports/super gamestyle across most if not all street races.
To mitigate and add some diversity (as well as not having certain classes not be entirely ignored), D Class should return to even how races go, since even with time trials D Class Racing tends to be close.
As for E and F class, they can stay gone, they were painful and I agreed with that.
