[ACCEPTED] Suggestion: Add Circle Shortening in Sumo

Add a mechanism that shortens the circle in some maps in sumo where the finale circles are too big. After the initial "draw" countdown has ended, instead of finishing the game, the circle starts to get smaller bit by bit slowly, giving players a chance to knock eachother out for good. For now its usually one circling around the other until draw happens.
