If player has engaged or is being engaged in combat they'll not be able to repair their car/respawn their car. When players haven't been in combat for 15/30 seconds or drive/run away from the user they'll leave the "combat zone". (My suggestion is 30 seconds)
This combat zone shield be seen as a small circle so if players leave the "circle"/inactive/not engaging in PvP, the "circle" (combat zone) will be gone. There will not be a circle on the map showing what the PvP area is.
This area also disables Passive (for the people that aren't in passive) or else you'll be able to passive pop, however after getting killed 5-10 times you'll be able to enable it again (this is if you didn't shoot back as if you'll shoot back the counter for enabling passive mode will be reset. (My suggestion is 5 or 6)
