Outfits are plentiful. Individual clothing items would take up so much time to add for no purpose other than 'looking good' in freemode/gamemodes. Each item would need to be compared with each other to prevent issues + there are over 1500+ individual items already needing to be categorized & classified for this all to work, sorry but outfits will just have to do for now.
